MICHAEL CARDUCCI
Senior Speaker
Co-Founder
Michael Carducci, co-founder and senior speaker, shares internationally for Coming Together Ministries and has a history of gender dysphoria, same sex attraction, sexual and pornography addiction. Living in the LGBTQ+ culture for over 20 years and then going into church culture was a difficult transition for him exploring the intimacy of a loving Creator and Redeemer. As Michael was experiencing Jesus Christ he started to seek victory over addictions and drives that were long established patterns through the love and power of Jesus Christ. Michael speaks about his experience and encourages others on their journey of identity and sexuality into the arms of a powerful and loving Savior.

DANIEL VARELA, LLMSW
Director of Associate Pathway Program
Associate Speaker
Daniel Varela serves as the Director of the Associate Pathway Program (APP) at Coming Together Ministries, where he combines his clinical training and powerful testimony to walk with others toward Christ-centered wholeness. A licensed social worker with a heart for discipleship, Daniel has walked a remarkable journey of transformation and restoration.
From a young age, Daniel struggled with sexual confusion and later lived openly in a same-sex relationship while attending a Christian university. Despite his choices, God never stopped pursuing his heart. Through deep conviction, surrender, and healing, Daniel embraced a celibate life rooted in obedience and love for Christ. Over time, the Lord met his longings for companionship and, in a beautiful redemptive turn, led him into marriage. Daniel and his wife, Kirsten, were married in May 2024.
Today, Daniel boldly shares his story to proclaim God’s power to restore identity and heal sexual bondage in light of Scripture. At CTM, he leads with compassion, authenticity, and unwavering faith, offering hope to others longing for transformation through Christ.

Her personal healing journey fuels her work with women, navigating trauma, relational challenges, and faith-based identity questions.

Together, they embody a testimony of God’s redemptive love and the beauty of lives surrendered to Him.
HARRISON UMAÑA
Associate Speaker
Harrison lived a double life. Despite being an active Christian, he was addicted to pornography and masturbation. Having grown up in a broken family, he thought this was normal. Eventually, he understood that this was not God's will for him and desired to change. Not finding the victory he was seeking, the Lord revealed to him that he was exercising his own strength and not trusting in Him. As he asked God to take complete control of his heart, he began to see changes he never thought possible. Now he truly understands the words written in 1 John 4:4, “...you have overcome them, for greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.” He found many answers through Coming Together Ministries, and now has the opportunity to share the good news of Christ’s omnipotent power to overcome his addictions and temptations.
DAISY SNYMAN
Associate Speaker
As a child, Daisy struggled with gender dysphoria, believing herself to be a boy living inside a girl’s body. She was continually bullied because of her confusion. Due to influences in her early years, she was exposed and then became addicted to pornography. She believes this opened the door for Satan to enter her life. While attending Tshwane University of Technology the animations of ‘Anime’ and its graphic violence became a dark stronghold in her life and that influence drew her deeper into the LGBTQ culture. At this point, she was deeply dissatisfied with her life and began seeking a way out. Our God is so faithful; He came to her rescue! She will happily let you know today that she has been delivered, and God has brought peace and joy into her life because of His intervention. It was on her journey back that God brought COM to South Africa. She has joined an ever growing group of “formers’ and God has opened the way for her to share story around the globe.
Today Daisy is affirmed in her true identity, “Now I am a woman of God created in His image!”
YANEESHA WANCHOPE
Associate Speaker
Living in the lesbian culture for eight years and taking on the role of the man in her relationships began at the age of twelve when she was pretending to be an adult man in chat rooms. Coming from a conservative Christian home she found her parents restrictive life confining and a prison. As an adult and a successful business owner, she was searching for freedom from anxiety and bouts of crying, she sought help from a Christian counselor and as they unpacked the unhealthy patterns of her life, the question that was on her heart as she gave herself over to God was, “Teach me how to be a woman.” Yaneesha shares her journey out of the gay culture/identity and how she has claimed all that she is in Christ.
